Beate first came to holistic wellnessĀ looking for a gentler way of treating herĀ anxiety. After seeing how yoga, Reiki and meditation treated her symptoms gently and effectively, Beate decided to study energy healing and received her attunements to Traditional Usui Reiki.Ā
Beate is passionate about helping others navigate their path out of anxiety toĀ find peace and joy.
As a Usui Reiki Master Teacher Beate initiates and mentors other practitioners and Masters.Ā
Beate isĀ a trained meditation teacher and is currently studying advanced meditation. Beate's intention for her work as a meditation teacher is to make meditation accessible to all.

A Energy healing session is deeply relaxing and feels like a beautiful glowing sensation that surrounds and permeates the body.
Everything is energy. The energy of life experiences can accumulate and linger in our energy bodies. An energy healing session can help to clear these accumulations, balancing the energy body.
During the session you will rest comfortably on a treatment table, surrounded by soothing music and soft light. You have the option to sit in a chair during the session, if you wish.
Energy healing involves a light touch, or hands can be held above the body. The healing energy can also be sent across the room remotely, if you prefer not to have close contact with the practitioner.

Beginners are welcomed and supported. Join us 30 minutes before Group Meditation for a Meditation Clinic if you wish.
Chairs and meditation cushions are available to use. The floor cushions are set up next to chairs, so you can start on a cushion and shift to a chair if your body becomes uncomfortable.

Reiki is a journey. We begin to walk this path with the first attunement, offering healing to our own energy bodies, uncovering layer upon layer of dense energy to transmute and to allow our energy bodies to hold more light. The second attunement empowers the Reiki student with more tools to continue the process of healing. At this point on the Reiki path, many students feel equipped to offer this energy to others, either as a blessing or as a professional Reiki practitioner. Each student's path is unique, as are our divine missions. The third attunement is one of surrender. At this point on the journey, the student is able to quiet the ego to listen to the Higher Self's whisper. The attunement to the Master level of Reiki does not indicate that the student is a master of the energy, but that the student surrenders to the energy of Reiki. Reiki becomes a way of life.
