About the Event
A group meditation in a Reiki charged space
The meditative journey begins by inviting relaxation into the physical body. From the physical body we travel into the energy body through and with the breath, or prana, life force energy.
Participants are guided in a visualization, receiving Reiki, or Universal Life Force Energy. A Reiki Healing Touch is offered with hands on shoulders,
A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Limited to five participants.
Comfortable floor chushions as well as chairs are availble. Beginners are welcomed and supported.
